Decisions taken by Finda Oy’s annual general meeting

Finda Oy’s annual general meeting was held on May 28, 2018 in Helsinki. The general meeting approved the financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements from the 2017 accounting period.

The general meeting decided, in accordance with the proposal of the board, that for the accounting period ending on December 31, 2017, dividends of 4.12 euros per share would be distributed, or a total of 56,103,012.32 euros. The dividend will be paid to shareholders who are registered in the shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the record date, May 30, 2018. The dividend will be paid on June 7, 2018.

The general meeting selected Sami Aurejärvi, Justus Könkkölä, Timo Rautanen, Sami Haunia and Kaius Kotkas as board members.
